about

Conceived by Henry Warwick, and produced with the assistance of DJ Ptuña and Luxo Leeloo, this album is for people whose grandparents haven't yet been born. This is the music made under the deadening dominion of Capitalist Realism. Sure it often has a beat. Sometimes, there's a melody. The music often warbles and bends - the soundtrack to a VHS of someone else's childhood. This record peels back the veneer of civilisation and gazes into the abyss of the 21st century - a cheerful, lush, and creative void. Many thanks to Nyles Miszczyk for his advice and fresh ears.
