"What is this that we know is that the dimension of the future has disappeared. In some way, we are marooned, we're trapped in the twentieth century, still. What it means to be in the twenty-first century is to have twentieth century culture distributed by high-speed internet. It's difficult to categorise anything as archaic any more - what does it mean to say something's archaic in a situation where practically everything feels old? The slow cancellation of the future. It drains away. The slow cancellation of the future. It drains away."

Maybe it was the first time I ever got, like, scared by a work of Art. Never really human in the first place. Never really human in the first place. Never really human in the first place. I did not destroy Earth, I really didn't. And, neither did you.

I feel everything Space The Air The vibrations The people I can feel the gravity I can the rotation of the earth The heat leaving my body The blood in my veins I can feel my brain The deepest parts of my memory I just want to tell you that I love you mom and dad And I want to thank you for the Thousand kisses that I can still feel on my face.

about

Climate change is continuing apace as the production of green house gasses continues unabated. There are only two things we can do: mitigation and management, and we are failing on both fronts. This record examines this problem, and delves into the ideas where the previous West End Electric album, Songs for the Neocene, left off. This is a much darker, much more ragged, album than the previous record.
